Changing Seasons Home Care customizes services based on your loved one’s needs. You can choose the amount of services needed for your individual situation. Some people just require assistance getting out of bed and showering every morning while others may not be safe alone all day so they need someone to help them throughout the day.
Every client has different needs so we develop a care plan that addresses personal choices. You choose how many hours of care would be beneficial. This frequently changes as clients progress or decline and we are accustomed to switching hours of care based on the client.
At Changing Seasons Home Care, we are very aware that client conditions change on a regular basis and there is just not a “one size fits all” approach that works for everyone. By customizing services, you only pay for the services you require. Our pricing remains extremely competitive because your hourly rate is factored by only the services you need assistance with.

Live-In Care
Live-In care is a very cost-effective opportunity for people that are no longer safe when they are alone in their home. At Changing Seasons Home Care, we recognize that no longer being able to live independently is a huge transition for many.
We realize that having several different caregivers makes the transition all the more 
intimidating so we developed a program that only has 2 different caregivers work with each client. The first caregiver stays in the client’s home for 3-4 days and then the second caregiver comes in for 3-4 days. These two caregivers continue to switch on and off. While they are on duty, they sleep in your home and make meals that they have with the client. This helps promote a bond between them.
Additionally, if the client requires assistance during the night, the aide is right there to help. Live-In, 24-hour care is an excellent way to remain in your home comfortably for as long as you choose. We strive to develop lasting relationships between our clients and caregivers while providing committed service.
